Each shade is assembled by bonding paper and glue by hand. Small glue traces along the shade edge can occur as part of this process and are not considered a quality issue.

Bulb And Installation
The lamp uses a standard E26 or E27 base. The bulb is not included. A warm Edison filament or LED bulb rated at 2200–2700K is recommended for a soft glow through the paper shade.
